Using your Midheaven Sign for Promotions and Jobs

You may wonder why people at work or your boss doesn't see you the way you see you. You may notice that people who have a frontseat to your career or your accomplishments all tend to say the same thing. They may see parts of you but may feel their perspective of you is a little off. They call you industrious but you really are introverted and want to be left alone; they view you as quiet and mysterious when really you believe yourself to be passionate and direct. Part of this is because of the Midheaven (MC) also known as Medium Coeli. It is one of the four major angles in the birth chart and it is responsible for our public image and persona; it is one of the highest points in the chart that just so happens to travel far away from our personal life houses (1st-6th). The way the public views us will always be different than how our closest friends or family experience us. The expectations that the public has of us may be different than what those in our private life have. It may not be realistic to have the same reputation among all people in your life. However, to get ahead you want to understand your Midheaven sign and the planet that rules it. To be seen by the world for your accomplishments, you will need to grow in this energy.

The best way to use your birth chart is to learn to act like the energy you want to attract. If you are seeking to be respected more at work, get a promotion, or a new job, you should refer to your Midheaven sign. The Midheaven sign tells you the energy naturally waiting there for you to tap into.
